WHY CHOOSE OUR RUBBER?

4FIZJO exercise bands are made of the highest quality materials. Due to the fact that the bands are made of flexible and durable latex and surrounded by a material, you do not have to worry about training conditions during exercise – 4FIZJO exercise bands show high resistance to permanent deformation. Our products are characterized by high resistance to tearing and damage, even during intense training in difficult conditions.

Unlike traditional hip bands on the market, all FLEX band lengths are the same. Due to the fact that the bands do not move during exercise, the bands offer resistance from the beginning of the exercise.

Benefits:

• do not stick together,
• do not break,
• do not twist
• they do not pull out their hair,
• they do not shift during exercise
• perfect for beginners and professionals
• versatility of training
• aesthetics of performance
• progressive resistance

WHY IS IT WORTH INCLUDING IN TRAINING AND REHABILITATION OF RUBBER AND ELASTIC BANDS?

Flex Band, like any latex rubber, is characterized by progressive resistance – the more you stretch it, the stronger it resists. Thanks to this property, you can be sure that your muscle, while building strength, will simultaneously build adequate stabilization of the joint it moves. In addition, you can successfully use them during muscle stretching and joint mobilization.
